Temporary Supply Chain Administrator
Mid Kent
£9.00 - £10.00 per hour
Are you a bright, enthusiastic and positive person with a good academic record looking for an opportunity to work for a large manufacturing company in Kent.
We are seeking an experienced supply chain administrator to join our expanding client based in Sittingbourne, Kent on a temporary basis.
Duties of this role include:
* To ensure that all entered data is accurate and entered to the highest standard.
* Inputting data via Excel using formulas such as VLOOKUPS & Pivot Tables
* To gather documentation from spreadsheets and collate infomation using Match index formulas
* Maintaining strong working relationships with both site and office staff
* Scanning files, file checking and making order files
* Managing paperwork and distributing it to the correct department
* Ad-hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate will:
* Have excellent Excel skills
* Have a full UK Driving License
* Be positive, enthusiastic, flexible and reliable
* Be computer literate in all Microsoft programmes especially Excel
* Maintain high standards personally with a good understanding of how to present yourself
