Customer Service Administrator

Are you an experienced Account Manager with a consultative approach to sales? Looking for a role that offers both customer service duties AND administration?
We are currently recruiting for a Portfolio Manager for a vibrant, exciting and expanding company based in West Malling!
Duties
* To grow and retain the incoming work stream from clients based in England and Wales
* Working as part of a small team to grow a small division within a large company
* Manage the whole process from quotation to invoice ensuring that client satisfaction is high throughout the whole process
* Advise on alternative products (Upselling)
* Generate and attend new business meetings
* Be able to generate a strong pipeline for future business
The perfect candidate will:
* Have previous experience within consultative sales or customer service
* Strong attention to detail
* Be used to a KPI based role
* Ability to multitask and spin multiple plates at the same time
* Ideally from a conveyancing background
