Role - Client Service Advisor
Location - Kings Hill, Kent
Salary - £21,500 per annum
Duration - Full Time, Permanent
Connect2Staff have an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Advisor to join an award winning and well-established Business in the Kings Hill area.
Your key responsibility would be to deliver a professional, efficient, and personalised service to private clients of the Business. You would also seek out opportunities to optimise the client experience and contribute to the effective client management by providing excellent administrative support.
To be successful within this role, you need a high volume of experience within Customer Service and Administration.
Key Responsibilities
* To undertake various administrative tasks in support of client managers, including but not limited to account opening and closing, the client welcome programme, account maintenance, investment orders, ID&V for clients, Know Your Client activity, online access requests, sending new donation receipts, and all other aspects of administration with due regard for risk and fraud.
* Set up new clients on the system, opening accounts and follow designed welcome programme on behalf of Private Client Managers and the Private Client Team
* Manage the daily scanning for the private client team.
* Maintain the private client safes, filing all original Businesses documents and records
* Respond to basic queries over phone and email in a professional, timely and efficient manner in accordance with departmental standards, to provide the highest level of customer service
* To help deliver and roll out any change development programmes as implemented by the Private Client Excellence Manager.
* To provide high quality support to Private Client Managers and Executives to enhance the service delivered to our clients.
Naturally, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload. It is essential that you work as an effective team player working within the team to achieve the strict service level deadlines.
