The Recruitment Network is the largest and fastest growing global community of recruitment leaders and we are passionate about helping them drive performance and profitability, with purpose.

If you want to help people exercise their potential, and like the sound of transforming individuals, teams and businesses to achieve what they are capable of, we might just have a great opportunity for you.

We are lucky enough to be an intentionally remote business, working from home full time but getting together for team meetings and any excuse for a social (as soon as we’re allowed).

Ideally our new recruit would be local-ish to the Ashford area with a space at home suitable for focus and productivity.

Salary – We are looking to offer £22,000 - £24,000 for this role (doe) - with 25 days holiday, pension and WFH reimbursement.

Hours – You will be required to work 8 hours per day (7.5 on a Friday) but when is up to you. We run ‘glide time’ between 07:30-19:30 so as long as you are there for when the business needs you, the rest is up to you.

When we need you – we are ideally looking for someone to start with us asap but will obviously work with the right person to take notice periods into consideration.

Our new linchpin will be across the whole business and needs to ensure the smooth and efficient running of The Recruitment Network from a data, insights, systems and community perspective to enable us to achieve our strategic vision for 2021.

So, what will you be doing?

Systems

• Being our ActiveCampaign (CRM) champion – prior knowledge of this system isn’t essential, but you need to ‘get’ technology and be a fast learner!
• Creating and managing workflow automations for existing customers (taking the input from the Member Support Team and building these in ActiveCampaign)
• Be THE go-to expert for workflows (making suggestions and being proactive as well as completing team requests)

Insights

• Reporting across all functions
• Managing and collating data and insights from all the opportunities across the business
o Numerical data
o Thematic insights
o Feedback
o Surveys run throughout member companies
• Constantly looking for new ways to gather and use data and insights to improve our offering

Community Management

• Managing our multiple WhatsApp and Guild groups that are a huge value add for our members
• Finding new ways to grow, stimulate and engage our community
• Thinking about how we can streamline and improve what we already go
• Being the spokesperson for all things community and integrating this idea with all areas of the business

Content

• Working closely with our Content Manager to source and create relevant and valuable content for our network
• Uploading, removing and editing content on TRN World (our online platform)

This role will be central to the business and will require you to liaise and work closely with other members of the team (who are fab!) You will essentially pull lots of pieces together to streamline the business and take our offering to new heights in 2021 and beyond.

If you’re successful, you’ll soon realise that a job in the Ops Team is varied and fast paced. You will be involved many things and will be expected to multi-task with ease and finesse!

As the business is very team led, there could be some of the following:

• Support of the Operations and Member Support Team
• Report and data generation
• Document formatting/PowerPoint creation
• Working to support the 2 (reasonably!) self-sufficient Directors as required
• CRM and diary management
• Constantly identifying value add opportunities that we can action to wow our network

And the list doesn’t end there!

As part of your induction you will learn more about the business, our products and how we work. We will need you to have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook (no excuses) but knowledge of the recruitment industry isn’t essential, and the use of our online systems can be taught.

The main things we need you to be damned good at are;

• Personal organisation and time management – otherwise you won’t survive very long!
• Written and verbal communications
• Problem solving
• Attention to detail is a huge one for us
• Utilising systems and all their features to our advantage

Lastly, but most importantly, we will need you to be;

• Positive
• Reliable
• Methodical
• Pro-active and focused
• Strong work ethic
• Conscientious
• Good sense of humour
• Process driven
• Deadline driven
• Systems and tech focused
• A team player

If this sounds like you then nothing should stop you sending us your CV – we look forward to meeting you!
