An experienced and professionally mannered Customer Service Advisor is sought to join a public sector organisation in Ashford for approximately four weeks.
You will be a central point of contact for all departments and be managing the general customer service enquiries on a daily basis either by phone, or by email/correspondence.
You will have the ability to deliver outstanding customer care, have an empathetic nature whilst working within the guidelines of the business to ensure service levels are maintained.
You will have a proficient level of MS Word, Outlook and your communication skills will be second to none.
