Our client are a design and build company who work predominantly within the Residential sector. They are looking for an accomplished Quantity Surveyor to join their Façade and cladding team on a permanent basis. They work throughout the UK.

Location: Bromley

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience

Start: ASAP

Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:

The ideal candidate will have vast background as a Quantity Surveyor within the Facade and Cladding sector.

* Strong background in a similar role
* Commercially aware
* Proven track record of working within the Façade and cladding sector
* Relevant qualifications
* Happy to be office based
* Deadline focused
* Strong ability to multi-task
* Customer Focused
* Computer literate with strong mathematical skills
* Strong negotiation skills

Duties and key responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor

* Preparing valuations and pricing of variations
* Preparing, negotiating and agreeing final accounts and contract changes
* Preparing cost budgets and prices for contract variations
* Prepare subcontract valuation and payment certificates
