Finance Operations Assistant up to £24,000 per annum

An exciting business with an extremely open culture. A very relaxed and welcoming company, with a modern view on various things including dress code, which is smart casual, and includes dress down Fridays! The Finance Operations Assistant role is a permanent role which offers hybrid working after your initial two weeks in the role. The role involves a day of 8.30am - 5pm, with an hour allocated for lunch (30 mins of which is paid). This role is purely office based, however, there will be opportunities to work from home occasionally.
Your new role
You will report to the Management Accountant and will support the existing staff during the period of implementation, transition and training of new systems. You will perform various roles in this fast-paced e-commerce business. You will need to support tasks performed by the Finance & Purchasing departments as well as perform data entry roles including updating both financial and legal information. You must support various admin tasks around the company, and be able to manage and prioritise your workload.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have proven commercial awareness. You must also be fully conversant with Microsoft Office Programs including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams. You will have some knowledge of Sage.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of up to £24,000 per annum. There is also 20 days holiday annually that you will be entitled to, as well as the business being closed 23 December - 4 January for the Christmas period.
