The Private Sector Team within Connect2staff cover interim and permanent commercial recruitment in the Southeast. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Consultant to create a new desk in a sector of their choice, working within an established and vibrant team you can have the autonomy to make this desk your own. We are open to new directions and ideas, we encourage innovation! Full support will be given to achieve fantastic results in whatever commercial sector you are passionate about.

This is a 360 role, so your focus in its initial infancy will be sales! You will generate new business for your desk, treating it like your own business. You will Identify quick wins as well as long term PSL business opportunities. We like to create an amazing candidate experience, so you will use your expertise to establish a great name for yourself in your chosen field.

It is essential that you have proven recruitment experience, with examples of hitting targets and growing new business opportunities. You will be pioneering and creative, able to think quickly and adapt to the market. We want someone who can inspire others around them and aim to be one of the top billing consultants in the business!

With this role comes a fantastic commission scheme as well as flexible working. As a business we have really enjoyed and adapted to the remote working setup during the pandemic and want to continue with some flexibility and modern working styles. Hours: 37 hour week Monday to Friday
