This is a unique opportunity to be part of a small and close-knit team supporting a professional company based in Tunbridge Wells. We are looking or someone who is really excited by all elements of IT and will be happy supporting deskside but also helping to write reports and getting involved in business analytics. Ideally, you will already have excellent Excel skills and be eager to learn additional data skills

Duties

· Provide day to day support for all IT services

· Work in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Finance & IT on IT projects

· Assist with the design and delivery of Business Analytics in support of requirements

· Assist with the build and maintenance of the document suite

· Support the culture of successful and winning delivery

Supporting and maintaining the IT systems including:

· Supporting the in-house email system - Outlook

· Supporting the CRM system - Acturis

· Liaison with Third-party suppliers/services

· Front-line support for ‘help desk’ issues

· Work closely with the Assistant Director of Finance & IT, to develop and maintain the IT capability to establish priorities and key deliverables.

· Co-ordinate outstanding IT issues, providing immediate fixes where possible and referring other issues to external IT support suppliers.

· Design and report on Key Performance Indicators, relating to the IT service provided.

· Support the Assistant Director of Finance & IT and other members of the team, when required.

· Support all areas of the business with Business Analytics.

· Deliver training and coaching on IT projects and solutions.

· When dealing with other members of the organisation, demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude and support the culture of delivering a successful and winning delivery.

Skills

· Excellent organisational skills - being able to organise and manage own workload effectively to meet the priorities of 2 different functional areas.

· Excellent M365 skills, particularly Excel.

· Excellent relationship management skills, dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.

· Excellent analysis and investigative skills, to bring new ideas relating to IT and Business Analytics.

· Able to work under pressure to deliver against defined timescales.

· Able to produce accurate work.

· The ability to assimilate information quickly and effectively.
