In House Risk & Insurance Manager
Marine Cargo / Trade Credit / Political risks
Salary - £40,000 to £60,000 depending experience

An innovative global leader in supply chain solutions across a diverse product and services portfolio.
The role
Working closely with the Head of Risk you will be responsible for all aspects of insurance requirements across the different operational divisions within the business.
In collaboration with Key Managers in the business, external brokers and insurers you will identify insurable risks, lead insurance purchase, ensure insurance coverage is "fit for purpose" and monitor premium pricing.
You will also oversee all claims related activity and support the implementation of risk management protocols and best practice across the group.
Risks will include; cargo, political risk and trade credit, property and casualty on a global basis.
Our client is not looking for the "finished article" and are willing to provide all nessessary training, but candidates must possess some experience within insurance, either from an in-house risk & insurance background, insurance broking or insurer environment.
An understanding of global insurance programes would be ideal and knowledge of cargo and political risk and trade credit is preferred.
