Your new role

This is a pioneering pivotal, career-defining international payroll project job that is fit for a payroll expert at the top of their profession. You will be a global payroll expert working across 18 countries and territories in an interim capacity and within a highly regarded international team on a unique project. You will be setting up payroll functions and deploying your project and change management skills to improve service delivery at global, regional and country levels.


You will lead payroll transformation projects which enable high quality reliable payroll solutions and scalable platforms with standardised regional processes. Manage and lead team productivity and implement continuous improvement solutions and streamline processes. As this is a career-defining role, you will have the opportunity to work outside IR35 as a limited company.

What you'll need to succeed

* Interim payroll expert at the top of your profession
* Track record of global/regional payroll operations, accounting, team leadership
* Experience working in a global blue-chip organisation
* Process design experience
* Payroll qualification is advantageous
* PRINCE2 or similar qualification is advantageous
* ADP GlobalView payroll (desirable)
