The Atlas Recruitment Group are currently searching for an experienced Networking professional to join a growing and reputable IT Managed Service Provider as a NOC Engineer, on a remote working basis.

You will be joining a highly successful American company who has setup a UK operation with the main goal of becoming the go-to MSP for the Finance sector in London. Throughout 2022 they are looking to double in size so now more than ever it's a great time to be on board.

The ideal candidate will come from a general background of server, infrastructure support, and networking/circuits with around 2 years working in a NOC for an MSP.

In the role, you will be responsible for the following: -

* Resolve alert tickets and assist any escalations for other departments.
* Design monitors to look for problem conditions in customer environments.
* Communicate with vendors and customers as a point of contact.
* Design scripts to address faults automatically.
* Recommend and improve processes to drive better outcomes.

Tech Experience: -

* RMM tools such as ConnectWise Automate, SolarWinds, Nagios, CloudWatch, or Zabbix
* Development of Monitoring Technology & Automated remediation of alerts
* Microsoft Windows Server + Microsoft Cloud products such as M365/Azure
* Networking & Security:
* Strong Comprehension of network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
* Strong Diagnostic toolkit in Layer 1-3 functionality
* Cybersecurity - Firewalls, Antivirus, Defense-in-Depth
* Network Vendors - Palo Alto, Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti
