PMO Administrator/ Project Coordinator
Chatham/Hybrid role
My client are currently looking to recruit a PMO Administrator/ Project Coordinator.
The individual will be responsible for updating spreadsheets, organising files and keeping track of documents and uploading files amongst other tasks.
They are looking for a candidate with previous experience with Administration or Project Coordinating with Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
Some key tasks and responsibilities are listed below -
* Manage detailed scheduling, tracking and reporting of various stages of the Release cycles
* Ensure all pre-requisites are covered and completed from Governance processes
* Ensure Process changes are well tracked and articulated clearly to the core team
* Manage day to day communication with the project on any questions, issue clarifications, risks, resourcing, etc
* Keep track of deliverables against timelines * Focus on project planning and business process
