Town and Country Cleaners Ltd require an Operations Controller to work in a fast paced and successful business.

We are a growing business delivering cleaning services to a wide sector across the South of England and this role is required due to recent expansion.

You will report directly to the Head of Operations and manage the office based Operational Support staff in their daily activities.

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that all Operational and Health & Safety procedures are up to date and reviewed periodically and that all Operational staff follow

these procedures

• Monitoring and reporting to the Senior team on:

Field based audits carried out by our Customer Service Managers

Complaint status and resolution

Progress and compliance on our App based training program

• Support in the planning of our mobile cleaners’ diaries and workloads

• Controlling and managing Company technology and software including mobile phones and tablets for Operational colleagues

This is a varied and interesting role that will suit someone with previous management experience with a strong emphasis on organisation and the ability to determine and execute best practice by motivating colleagues to ensure compliance.

An enhanced DBS check will be carried out upon commencement of employment.

A Company laptop will be provided for home working, but this is predominantly an office-based role with some possible field visits when required.

40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, between 8:00-5:00pm

Salary £32,000 per annum
