I am currently supporting my client in Westerham to recruit for an HR Systems Administrator. This is a rare PART TIME opportunity for somebody looking to work 25 hours a week. There is flexibility as to how these hours are worked, with the added bonus of hybrid working.
Duties will include:
- Day-to-day administration of the HR and Payroll system
- Supporting other HR systems such as the L&D platform
- Providing technical support to system users
- Ensuring all employees have appropriate access, whilst adhering to confidentiality
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who has knowledge of implementing, administering, and training on HR systems, specifically iTrent. You will become a super user within the business and be willing to offer assistance to colleagues at all levels.
