We are looking to recruit an assertive and experienced person that has first class written and spoken English language skills.
The position requires first class computer skills alongside a personable and professional attitude to substantial telephone and email enquiries.
A good understanding of the property market and the proven ability to liase with professional surveyors architects town planners and specialists in the construction and property development field is a distinct advantage.
The position advertised is intended to attract a person that can work a three day week of six to eight hours a day.
The position is for a probationary period of six months and attracts a salary of £20 k plus bonus appended to the targets we will set for the appointed person.
