Brand New Business Systems Executive Role for a Leading Airline

Business Systems Executive - Permanent Job - Based in Gatwick - remote working available. Salary Up to 34k plus benefits.

We're looking for a Business Systems Executive to join one of the top airlines that are growing fast. The role will form a key part of the IT team based in southern England as you will be providing support not only your office team but the airline crew as well.

The role is based either in Gatwick or London city airport with the offer of flexible and hybrid working opportunities from day one.

Your new role

Business Systems Executive- To develop and provide specialist systems advice and training across the business whilst identifying and delivering technical solutions to support the business processes working with their specific in house systems and other areas as required. You will have a strong understanding of conventional and emerging data technologies and Office 365 applications. You will be part of close knit team and will receive plenty of support from the wider IT team. Full training will be given on specialist company systems.

With previous experience of providing IT/Systems support to colleagues of all levels, you'll act as a key contact across the airline. You'll have a direct impact on our ground based and flying colleagues by providing support for their end user computer equipment (Windows 10 laptop/desktops, iPads) and software (Microsoft 365/SharePoint) utilising the Group's IT service tools where necessary.

What you'll need to succeed

The client is looking for someone approachable with a high interest in IT who has experience in a role providing IT support or training, and has experience of some system admin (user account management or using other admin functions above an end user) and has some experience in maintaining records and managing data. You will be keen to learn with the company having multiple projects on regularly with system changes etc. Being a key contact within the team you must also be a good communicator.
