Efficient Homes Ltd provide the sale and installation of domestic Solar PV and battery storage systems. The role we are currently recruiting for is a field sales rep who's responsibility is to visit pre made appointments with the hope to generate a sale. With growing electricity bills and current government incentives, its never been a better time to be selling renewable energy. The office generate as many appointments in each area as possible and then move onto the next meaning that each week you work away, your appointments will all be bunched into one area, however once we have exhausted the leads in that area we will move onto the next. You will visit between 4-6 pre made appointments per day and will have a monthly generated business target of £40,000. The average sale is £4000.00 meaning to achieve target you would only need to generate 10 deals per month out of an average of 80-100 leads. Every rep we have currently exceeds their monthly target and on average each rep is generating between 60-100k per month. It is a commission only role and you will be paid the following.


12% of each sale generated paid weekly

£1500 monthly bonus for passing £40,000 generated

£1000 additional monthly bonus for every £10,000 generated after £40.000

£30 per day fuel allowance

£50 per night accommodation allowance


Currently all reps travel to their designated area on Sunday evening, work a full day of leads mon/tue/wed and then do half a day Thursday and travel home. This was you still have plenty of time at home and are able to sit between 14-22 leads per week. Some reps take longer pitching so ask for less appointments per day and some prefer to get as many in as possible. We are flexible and can essentially give you what you need to achieve as much generated business as possible.
