Operations Scheduler

£25,000 - £40,000 DOE

Fully remote role - 37.5 hours per week



An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Operations Scheduler to join an ever-growing, well-established company. This role is fully remote, but the successful candidate will be required to travel and stay in Birmingham for up to 2 weeks to complete training. Travel and accommodation will be paid for. Following successful training, the successful candidate will be working remotely from home.



Duties include:



* Diary management for technicians; booking them in for work based on their availability and expertise
* Booking jobs in meeting the companies SLAs
* Recording accurate notes in relation to all scheduled jobs
* Responding to emails in a timely manner
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone enquiries from suppliers, contractors and surveyors
* Ensuring SLAs and KPIs and met
* Supporting the operations team with admin



The successful candidate will have / be:



* Previous experience working in insurance or building contractor management
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* A meticulous attention to detail
* Able to work unsupervised and use initiative but also a team player
