You and Your Team:

As a HR Advisor you will be reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner joining us on a 9 month fixed term contract. You’ll be part of our Business Partnering team, providing HR administrative, support and guidance across our Chief Operating Office. You will be working closely with our broader HR team (Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition and Reward) to deliver HR cyclical activities and support.

The Ideal HR Advisor will be based out of our Chatham office 2 days a week - with occasional travel to our London, Bradford and Petersfield office.

In your day-to-day role, as a HR Advisor you will:

Be the main contact for any administrative support and the resolution of operational HR Issues which fall outside of the remit of our HR Services or ER Advisors
Produce report from the HR systems as necessary, working closely with our HR MI team to Interpret people data and be able to adapt the Information for presentations for HR management
Support our business to provide a proactive, responsive and professional HR service
Advise our Managers and Colleagues on relevant benefits and accessing EAP support
Responsible for leading projects which are critical to our People Strategy and achieving our business objectives.
Support our HR Business Partnering team
Undertake HR Project work
Work closely with our HR Centres of Excellence to deliver a commercially focused, best practise HR solution
What you will bring to the team:

You will be a people centric person - with a focus on being able to disrupt the norms, be comfortable In finding new solutions and working with our senior leaders. The Junior HR Business Partner will:

Have experience of working In a customer centric environment
Proven experience of delivering projects
Ability to react to evolving situations at pace, re-evaluating plans or decisions as they develop
Use Information, Insights, and knowledge In a structured way tp Identify options, make recommendations and make robust
