We are resourcing for a Grounds Movement (Subsidence) Claims Handler for an immediate start, who will act as the primary customer contact for a portfolio of technical claims. As a specialist in grounds movement, you will be able to provide excellent customer service as a first point of contact for subsidence claims calls, advise policyholders and negotiate settlement of claims both verbally and written. You will be in a position where you can develop your career and provide input to the development of the business.

About you:

- Be able to set policyholders accurate expectations for what their claims journey will be
- Identify any potential fraud
- Complete all steps when setting up claims
- Requesting and gathering documents and information from customers (receipts, photographs or accident reports) and storing on the claim file



Required experience:

-2 years' Subsidence Claims Handling experience or
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Technical Claims Handler role or
- Be a Loss Adjuster with knowledge of handling Subsidence claims or
- Be a Structural Engineer with relevant qualifications and be able to demonstrate subsidence experience
