Could you lead and manage digital experience optimisation activities across the wider Group?

Reporting into the Head of Digital Experience, the Digital Experience Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering digital optimisation activities against defined business goals. With substantial experience of planning, managing and organising resources within short and medium timescales, you'll work on projects in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project environments. Managing and coordinating resources and ad-hoc contractors required across internal teams and external suppliers, you'll also manage your own direct reports and ensure key performance targets are being met within service standards.

With experience of successfully delivering change to digital customer journeys through development, delivery and analysis phases, you'll input into the creation and implementation of an optimisation roadmap in order to provide a new best of breed digital presence and digitising services for Clarion Housing Group. Supporting the Head of Digital Experience in delivering the organisations digital strategy you'll have extensive experience in digital with a track record of channel improvement and successful implementation of initiatives such as enterprise size websites, self-service online platforms, mobile apps and customer engagement.

We'll look to you to lead, track and measure our Customer Experience Journeys using web analytics and insight, collaborate with Digital Process owners on activities to confirm and establish measurement and review of E2E Customer Experience indicators and support Digital Process owners in maintaining the stability and availability of all Group Digital Platforms to ensure an outstanding customer experience on our group digital channels, driving channel shift and managing day-to-day operations.

Using your good commercial acumen and proven experience in effective budget monitoring, supplier and contract management, you'll deliver value for money, monitoring the Operational Expenditure budget and supporting the annual budgeting process and day-to-day operations, to ensure cost efficiency for the Group, including management of Purchase requisitions and Invoicing.

You'll liaise with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, to keep them engaged and informed and agree actions to close performance gaps and drive digital customer-centric joined-up decision-making. With excellent stakeholder, communication, negotiating and influencing skills you'll generate and collate business development and optimisation requests in order to develop a set of priorities and pipeline of work. You'll prioritise team resource ensuring the delivery team has a full understanding of the position of existing work and subsequent requirements.
