Salary- £23,500 +5% bonus

This is the perfect opportunity for a confident individual with excellent communication skills (both written and spoken). Experience in customer service/retail/hospitality is desirable.
Key responsibilities include:
* Working in our clients customer service team taking inbound and outbound calls to their customers.
* Speaking with customers to find the best solution.
* Updating customer databases to ensure accurate records are kept.
* Providing excellent service to customers
