Management Accountants Job - Mid-Kent Based - Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA - Salary of £50,000 to £65,000 DOE

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished and qualified Management Accountant to join my Mid-Kent based client.
Your new role
Will be to provide key support to the business and senior management by the production of accurate Monthly Management Accounts and reporting within agreed timescales.
Key requirements:
* Preparation of the monthly Management Accounts and collating P&L information of each income stream, analysis and reporting.
* Balance Sheet ownership and Analysis
* Prepare MI reports for Senior Management team
* Oversee VAT return preparation and compliance
* Assisting with the preparation of the Annual Budget and Statutory Year End Accounts
* Engagement with key stakeholders both internal and external - build and foster relationships
* Identify and develop improvements in processes and reporting
* Capture and present information to the business to improve understanding and aid decision making
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an accomplished Management Accountant with a relevant financial qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA. You will also need to demonstrate a through understanding of management accounting principles and effective reporting, ideally from a busy commercial business. The ability to engage with all levels of stakeholders both financial and non-finance and to build effective relationships will be key to the development of this role. Some team management skills would also be desirable as would knowledge of key financial systems such as Sage, SAP or MS NAV along with a strong working knowledge of excel.
