Electrical Verification Test Engineer

Are you an Engineer with a background in Fire Safety?
Exclusive new position for a Verification Test Engineer with experience working with Fire Safety products to join our client, a successful and growing business in Medway.
The Verification Test Engineers for this business work within the Research and Development department. You will:
• Ensuring that all products developed meet European and market requirements and standards through verification techniques
• Extensive documentation and record maintenance
• Extensive report writing
• Use of MS Office daily
• Assisting with the preparation of technical documentation
The successful candidate will have/be:
• A strong technical background with experience working with electronic components
• The ability to read circuit diagrams
• Ideally an Electrical Engineering / Electronics qualification
• Knowledge of EN54 European Standards an advantage (not essential)
• Any experience working with or testing Fire Alarm Control Panels or similar would be an advantage
This is a fantastic opportunity to move into a less hands on role, with opportunities to develop your skills set into Compliance/R&D. You will be offered full training, as well as a super competitive package including some great benefits.
