We are currently seeking motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our client's team.
Responsibilities include:
* Answering incoming calls and emails from customers
* Providing accurate and timely information about our clients products and services
* Resolving customer issues and complaints
* Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
Previous logistics experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask
