An exciting opportunity has opened for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a very well-established company based in Maidstone, Kent. This will be on a Temporary Basis for 3 months based in the office and the position is full time 08:00 – 17:00.
Duties will include:
Reconciling statements
Posting invoices
Matching invoices to Purchase Orders
Filing of invoices and data inputting
Other Ad-Hoc duties
The successful candidate will:
Have extensive knowledge and experience using SAGE software
Be able to take on tasks and duties quickly and work efficiently using their own initiative
Have knowledge and experience in a similar role
This is a very hands-on role in a fast-paced environment and will require someone to be able to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact from the very start. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to further expand their skill set and gain invaluable experience within the industry.
