Production and Quality Operator
Salary Range: £18,000 - £22,000

Your Mission: As a Production and Quality Operator you will be working in a friendly environment geared towards personal development and learning, with an open culture that values the contribution of every individual. You will have an essential role in the production and quality control of our products and will have the opportunity to play a vital role in our growth. You will also be given a high level or autonomy within the role to meet your goals.

Role and Responsibilities:
• First line testing and inspection of incoming products at goods in stage, to ensure that products are fully ready for despatch when required and maintain available stock levels
• Assembly and full testing of final products
• Troubleshooting issues and executing fault corrections
• Liaise with operations/warehouse/technical departments to resolve issues
• Maintain concise test and production records

In addition, employees may be required to undertake other duties as may reasonably be required of them. In these circumstances training will be given.

Qualifications and Experience:

Although this area of work is open to all with relevant experience candidates with experience of working in a medical device’s environment would be beneficial although not essential as full training will be given.

• Self-motivated and willing to be flexible
• Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work well within a team
• Ability to work well under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of customer focus
• Logical thinker and IT literate
• Ability to maintain focus whilst undertaking repetitive tasks
