Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
Previous experience working in an IT Support company.
2-3 years of experience in 1st or 2nd Line support.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 product suite, including AzureAD, Intune, and Sharepoint.
Installation and configuration expertise in Windows server 2012, 2019, and 2022.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Hyper-V virtualization technology.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on clear documentation and administration.
Good knowledge of Windows operating system diagnostics.
Exceptional administration skills with meticulous attention to detail in project execution.
Familiarity with networking equipment such as switches, routers, and access points.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior IT Technician, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the seamless implementation and ongoing maintenance of IT solutions for their valued customers, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient experience.
Nurturing and cultivating strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Proactively maintaining client systems, promptly addressing any technical issues and providing timely support to keep their operations running smoothly.
Collaborating closely with clients to strategise and execute successful IT deployments tailored to their specific needs and requirements.

Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £28,000 to £34,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Additional information: They provide free parking for their employees. Also, the role will transition to a hybrid model after completion of training, providing flexibility in your work arrangement.
