Multiply opportunities for a skilled Mathematics Teacher is available at a well-regarded secondary school in Kent with a start date in September 2023. We are actively seeking experienced Maths teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) interested in embarking on a rewarding new journey with potential for growth and exciting challenges

Role and Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive maths lessons that cater to students' diverse learning needs and abilities.
* Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to explore, question, and excel in maths.
* Utilise a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and technology to make maths concepts relatable and accessible to students.
* Assess and track student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to help students achieve their academic goals.
* Encourage critical thinking and mathematical reasoning skills to prepare students for future academic and real-life challenges.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field
* Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications. QTS
* Proven experience in teaching mathematics at the secondary or higher education level.
* Strong knowledge of maths curriculum and educational trends.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
