Your new role
Due to strong performance and an increase in business volume my client is looking to recruit an experienced administrator to join a team of 3.
Your role will be to provide administrative support, maintaining up-to-date filing, preparation and distribution of reports, documents and presentations as well as organising and scheduling meetings.
Project coordination - assist in the coordination of projects, working with internal and external clients, maintaining documentation and drawings and relevant records, tracking project timelines and progress and communicating updates to shareholders.
Document management - maintain the document control system, filing, version control and retrieval, assist in proofreading for accuracy and compliance and ensured document management procedures are adhered to.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be a strong administrator, this role would suit a candidate coming from a social housing background, repairs and maintenance, scheduling engineers and the like. The role has a lot of diary management and the person will need to be highly organised and be a confident communicator as the position will work alongside stakeholders from all levels of the business.
