Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Oversight: Manage and oversee the company`s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and manage all aspects of financial reporting.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for presentation to stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

- A recognised accountancy qualification is essential (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability.
