Our client who is a Reinsurance Company is looking for a Reinsurance Technician to join their expanding team to responsible for transactional processing.



Main Duties:

* Accurate and timely entry of underwriting data and Reinsurance contracts

* Chasing up accounts / tracking premiums.
* Tracking exposures on emerging issues and claims
* Assisting in quarterly reporting
* Processes for new and renewal treaty and facultative business
* Contributing to on-going projects across this business
* Handling and processing of Reinsurance technical documentation



Essential Skills Required:

* Previous experience within a similar Reinsurance role
* Excellent knowledge of Lloyds/ London Insurance market
* Experience of London Market procedures/ platforms
* Aware of the control and compliance processes that operate around an underwriting function



Desirable:

* Good organisation skills
* Willingness to study for ACII professional qualification
* Strong IT skills



What you need to know:

* Permanent role
* Based in London - hybrid
* Salary between £50,000 - £60,000
