Our public sector client is recruiting a Learning & Development Partner to support the growth of their people through a period of organisational growth and government-led regulatory changes.

Your new role
You will design and develop engaging and effective learning programs, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, workshops and other learning interventions. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through assessments, feedback and metrics analysis. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve our programs and processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning and leadership development. Support the Head of People and Organisational Development in embedding the vision for the shape of learning and development along with collaborating with the leadership team and the HR Business Partners on organisational development.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will have experience of creating a learning environment that supports business strategy, culture and change. Developing, delivering and evaluating learning programmes. The ability to collaborate and influence people at all levels of the organisation. Experience of procuring and designing leadership and management development programmes

What you\'ll get in return
Salary £42,700, hybrid with 2 days in the office, 3 remote, 28 days holiday which includes 3 days closure for Christmas plus bank holidays, enhanced pension, life assurance and Income protection health insurance
