HR Assistant (9month FTC)
  £17500 to £22000 per annum

HR Assistant needed for a well known business located in Rochester on a 9 month FTC. Are you a school leaver interested in HR and looking to gain some exposure into what its like to work in a busy HR Department? Or do you already have some experience and would like to learn more?

Under the guidance of Head of HR your responsibilities will be to;
-Support with the recruitment process ensuring all candidates are properly responded to
-Monitor the recruitment inbox and action applications accordingly
-Generate offer letters and induction packs
-File right to work documentation in the UK and update on the tracker
-Requesting references
-Maintain the HR system
-Manage admin for leavers
-Scan and file absence certificates
-Manage training records

Person Specification:
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages (Word,Excel)
-CIPD Level 3 desirable but not essential
-Educated to GCSE level at Grade C or above
-Work on own initiative
-Good attention to detail
-Excellent communicator
-Ability to work to targets and deadlines
-Punctual and reliable
