We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Development Executive to play a pivotal role in our client's New Product Development team.



In this position, you will be responsible for providing crucial support to the NPD team, attending meetings with designers and the NPD team, creating accurate parts and bills of materials and sourcing componentry. You will also work alongside the team at the manufacturing plant to ensure componentry stability and compatibility. Additionally, you will take a lead role, working alongside clients and designers ensuring that all product artwork aligns with market compliance standards. A key aspect of this role involves managing and updating artwork files.



You will be working alongside and supporting the team in taking a product from concept to creation.



Key Responsibilities:

Parts and Bills of Materials Management; Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather product specifications and requirements; Efficiently generate comprehensive parts and bills of materials for new products; Source components as needed, ensuring the availability of required materials for product development; Work with clients to ensure compliance; Work with designers to ensure compliance; Work with manufacturing plant to ensure product compatibility and stability.



The successful candidate will show strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail, have a proactive approach to maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
