Premier Work Support is actively seeking a Permanent Litigation Solicitor/Executive with 3 Years PQE to be based in Bexleyheath.

As a Litigation Solicitor/Executive, you'll handle a diverse array of cases including property disputes, landlord and tenant conflicts, contract/commercial litigation, and contentious probate matters. Your expertise will be instrumental in upholding our high professional standards and delivering top-notch legal services.

The candidate will;

* Have experience of all aspects of property litigation, landlord and tenant litigation, some contract/commercial litigation and contentious probate.
* Provide expert legal services, ensuring that professional standards are maintained and that the firm's internal procedures are adhered to.
* Offer support to the Litigation team, providing encouragement and assistance as and when necessary.
* Execute client instructions meticulously, upholding our professional standards.
* Keep clients informed with regular updates and clear communication.
* Maintain meticulous records and an organized filing system.
* Contribute to meeting budgeted fees and profit targets.
* Efficiently manage your workload and prioritise tasks.

Requirements:

* 1-3 Years PQE in litigation.
* Proficiency in PC literacy.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, with a one-hour lunch break
