Clarion is looking for a talented individual to take on the role of Internal Communications Manager. Responsible for supporting the delivery of our internal communications activities you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that Clarion's employees feel connected to our purpose and goals.
In this role, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of the internal communications team and support the delivery of key campaigns and projects. You'll also assess our internal communication channels regularly, suggesting new and better ways to communicate and ensuring that messaging reaches the right people at the right time.
We're looking for someone who has experience in a similar position and a proven track record of supporting the delivery of an internal communications function. You'll also need excellent organisational and project coordination skills, be an excellent communicator with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and have a high level of comfort with social software and other web-based technologies such as e-newsletters and instant messaging.
