Temporary part-time role as Credit Controller required for a global manufacturer based in Dover.
You will be required to provide support for the trading companies as part of the finance team. This role will be primarily responsible for assisting with the credit control function within the sales entity.
It is critical that you have the following experience and knowledge:
* Proven experience as a Credit Controller.
* Strong understanding of credit control principles and practices.
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
* Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel.
* SAP experience would be beneficial
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Main responsibilities:
* Chasing customer overdues.
* Assisting with customer queries.
* Reconciliation of customer accounts.
* Assist with cash allocations.
* Resolve outstanding debit memos
* Statement and dunning letter generation
This is a temporary position for approximately 6-months offering 24 hours per week, ideally Tuesday to Thursday. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
