We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our busy client in Whistable. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure the smooth and efficient production of products. The Machine Operator will play a critical role in maintaining safety standards, meeting production targets, and upholding the quality of our output.

Shift Times:

Day shifts: 06:00- 14:00/ 14:00-22:00 Alternating shift on weekly basis.

Pays- £12.00ph



Night shift: 22:00-06:00

Pays- £12.20ph



Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor assigned machinery according to established procedures and guidelines.
Set up machines ready for Production.
Control and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
Perform regular inspections of machinery to identify and address any issues or malfunctions.
Troubleshoot problems during production and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimise production processes and efficiency.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to machine operation and maintenance.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, manuals, and diagrams.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
