Location: Kings Hill-based (Kent) (Full time office attendance is required for the first 6 months, this will them move to hybrid working on an ad hoc basis.
Salary: £25,388 per annum

We’re looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team at CAF Bank, part of Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).

You will be an integral part of the team who support our CAF Bank customers using your excellent customer service and administrative skills.
Our office is based in Kings Hill, Kent where you will initially be based full time for training and then you will be based most of your time in the office and part of your time working from home.

Who you’ll be
This role is for you if you have experience of working in customer service and banking or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society. We are looking for:
• Acting as first point of contact for our customers
• Corresponding with customers via email and phone
• Creating excellent relationships with customers
• Answering enquiries
• Providing excellent customer service to existing and new customers
• Proactively promote products and services we offer
• Administering bank accounts
• Customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Good team player
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Good MS Office skills
