Are you an experienced payroll team leader? Do you have good knowledge of processing school payrolls? Would like to become part of an exciting, rapidly expanding company?
We are based just outside Maidstone and have clients from a wide range of sectors/industries, based throughout the UK.
Our public sector/school team is growing with new clients joining us all the time.
This is a full time opportunity for someone with a proven ability to take care of the whole payroll life cycle, ideally within a bureau / Accountancy environment, handling a number of different payrolls. Effective communication skills are essential - with clients and colleagues.
Working alongside our Directors, you must be willing to take ownership of events - handling challenging situations, motivating & guiding less experienced staff, and ensuring clients remain happy that they are our priority.
Our team work from home the majority of the time, with scheduled office days according to requirements.
Successful delivery of all aspects of the role will be recognised as part of your package.
You will require your own transport, due to our rural location, for the days you work in the office.
Genuine knowledge of school payrolls and pensions is essential.
Salary is negotiable, according to experience.
A reasonable notice period can be accommodated for the right person.
