Job title: Commercial Terms Controller
Location: Aylesford, Kent
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm / Friday 8:30am - 3:00pm
Environment: Hybrid (3 days in office)

Your new role
My client are looking for a candidate with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail to take charge of ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the teams commercial agreements. Partnering with a range of stakeholders to improve profitability within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage supported deals with precision.
- Review and recalibrate terms and rebates to reflect current agreements.
- Verify and process customer claimbacks diligently.
- Maintain financial accruals for analysis and forecasting.
- Resolve queries in collaboration with our Sales team and customers.
- Contribute to the efficiency and improvement of our processes.

What you'll need to succeed

* Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level).
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Strong time management skills.
* Excellent communication abilities.
* Commercial acumen and industry experience.
