Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a Senior Broker to join their New Business team. The role focuses on generating and quoting new business, achieving monthly targets, and building strong relationships with clients and insurers.

Main Duties:
· Generate new business from leads generated by the marketing team.
· Achieve a monthly new business target.
· Work closely with the renewals team to manage a smooth handover post-placement.
· Develop close working relationships with the panel of insurers.
· Cross-sell products according to the demands and needs of clients.
· Assist the Directors and other staff members as requested.

Essential Skills Required:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the insurance industry.
· Excellent technical knowledge of Insurance, including Combined Liability, Contractors All Risks, Professional Indemnity, and Motor Fleet.
· Proficient in Acturis
· Excellent written and telephone communication skills.
· Proven track record for meeting and exceeding targets.
· Strong sales and negotiation skills.

· Salary between £40,000 to £50,000 (subject to experience)
