Office Administration Assistant (evenings)
Our client in the educational sector is looking for a part time admin. Assistant - term time only, for 2 hours Monday to Friday from 4pm to 6pm/6.30pm at £17 per hour. Car Owner Driver. Local to Haywards Heath.
This is for an Evening Office Assistant based in the main school office.
General Duties
Deal with telephone callsCheck and complete afternoon registers.Sign out duty for Lower School at 4:20, 5pm and 6pmFire drill and visitor sign in system.Deal with any queries to the Office
