Ashford School is an independent school operating from two sites. The Maintenance Technician assists with the maintenance of the Senior School at East Hill in Central Ashford or the Prep School in Great Chart.  


Responsible to the Estates Manager or Deputy Estates Manager, responsibilities will include maintenance works, security, porting and driving school vehicles.  All work must be completed in line with the School’s Health and Safety and Safeguarding Policies.

Hours
This is a full-time position for 52 weeks of the year (all-year round)
• 40 hours per week on a rota basis
• 30 minutes for lunch and two 15-minute tea breaks (unpaid)
• Evening and weekend work will be required with participation in on-call rota

Weekly shift:
08.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday
* Occasional early or later shifts may be required to meet operational requirements
