Job Title: Marketing and Business Development Officer

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000

Key Responsibilities
Marketing and Communications for NR Education Ltd.:
● Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to raise awareness and build a strong brand presence for all NR Education Ltd. ventures, including Infiniti School.
● Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and engage target audiences such as parents, local authorities, business partners, and other key stakeholders.
● Create high-quality video content, including promotional videos, testimonials, and success stories, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
● Produce engaging copy for newsletters, brochures, the company website, and other promotional materials, ensuring all content reflects the ethos and goals of NR Education Ltd.
● Manage traditional marketing efforts, such as email campaigns, brochures, event promotions, and printed materials, to support marketing initiatives across education and non-education ventures.

Business Development Across All Ventures
● Identify and explore new business opportunities across different sectors, expanding NR Education Ltd.'s portfolio of services.
● Lead the development of new revenue streams.
● Build and maintain strategic partnerships with businesses, community organisations, and service providers that align with NR Education Ltd.'s vision for growth.
● Research target audiences and market trends to ensure the company’s business development initiatives are relevant, innovative, and competitive.
● Support grant applications, fundraising efforts and seek opportunities for external funding.

Stakeholder Engagement for Infiniti School and Other Ventures
● Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, students, local authorities, business partners, and the community, ensuring clear communication and consistent engagement.
● Develop processes to improve the experience for referrals and clients across all ventures, ensuring smooth communication and high levels of satisfaction.
● Represent NR Education Ltd. at events, conferences, and business development meetings, promoting the organisation's various projects and cultivating new opportunities for growth.


Events and Community Engagement
● Organise and promote events such as open days, community days, and business networking opportunities to raise awareness and foster engagement across Infiniti School and other ventures.
● Lead the development of specialised events, including SENCO days, business partner events, and Infiniti School's community engagement initiatives.
● Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote these events, leveraging both digital and traditional channels to maximise participation and visibility.

Reporting and Analysis
● Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and business development initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
● Use data and market research to adjust strategies, ensuring the continuous improvement of marketing and business development activities.
Safeguarding
• Work in line with statutory safeguarding guidance (e.g. Keeping Children Safe in Education, Prevent) and Infiniti School safeguarding and child protection policies
• Work with the designated safeguarding lead (DSL) to promote the best interests of pupils, including sharing concerns where necessary
• Promote the safeguarding of all pupils in Infiniti School
• Report any safeguarding concerns immediately to a DSL and record concerns using our CPOMs system

Person Specification

Essential Skills and Experience
● Proven experience in marketing, communications, or business development across various sectors.
● Expertise in managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and creating engaging video content.
● Ability to develop and execute both digital and traditional marketing strategies for diverse business projects.
● Experience in business development, with a proven track record of identifying new revenue opportunities and cultivating strategic partnerships.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for a range of audiences.
● Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
● Experience using CRM systems and email marketing tools to manage leads and communications.

Desirable
● Formal marketing qualifications (e.g., CIM, marketing degree, or equivalent).
● Experience working within the education sector, especially with SEMH students.
● Knowledge of fundraising, applying for grants, or creating new business opportunities.
