Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team at Ramac Group. If you have experience in accounts management, purchase/sales ledger, and payroll, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

 Processing purchase and sales invoices.
 Bank and accounts reconciliations.
 Reconciliation of month end statements and payment runs.
 Processing weekly payroll.
 Credit control.
 Supporting the finance team with Ad hoc accounts and administration duties.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong clerical skills with knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sage,).
• A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
• A bookkeeping qualification (AAT or equivalent) is a plus but not essential as training will be provided.
• Confident with technology, computers and the basic Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel).
• Professional, articulate and engaging with colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Efficient with a willingness to adopt.
• Due to Ramac’s multiple locations a candidates will need to possess a valid driving licence or transport arrangements.
