About Us:
We are a well-established marketing and fulfilment company with our own brands, committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start their career and grow within a supportive environment. Administrative experience is beneficial but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with raising purchase orders (POs) and coordinating with suppliers for the booking of goods
• Support quality control (QC) checks and ensure documentation is filed appropriately
• Maintain and update records using our in-house systems
• Produce reports and input data accurately
• Provide administrative support to the Operations and Marketing teams
• Attend meetings and assist with operational planning
• Ensure compliance with company procedures to maintain efficient workflows
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Essential Skills:
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
Desirable Skills:
• Previous administrative experience
• Basic knowledge of purchasing or supplier coordination
