About the Job:
The main purpose of this position is to support Icomera by keeping the Financial activity that this role is responsible for up to date enabling the business to make critical decisions based on current information available. The primary responsibilities of this role are to keep the bank accounts up to date, process Accounts payable from invoice processing through to payment and process Accounts receivable from raising invoices through to ensuring payment is received timely from Customers.

Key Duties
— Daily recording of bank transactions
— Transfer all Vendor invoices to invoice reading software and process through ERP system, following the progress through to payment of the invoice and support with any resolution as required
— Follow up any absence of Goods receipt on PO’s where an invoice has been received
— Produce a weekly proposed payment run of Vendor invoices
— Support in month end and year end tasks as required
— Regular recording of any Credit Card transactions
— Regular recording of Staff expense reimbursements
— Support with raising Customer invoices as required
— Contact Customers to ensure timely payment of invoices and support in resolution of any queries raised
The role is authorised to:
— Record incoming and outgoing bank transactions in ERP system
— Process Accounts Payable invoices and Credit Notes in ERP system and support resolution of any queries from/to Vendors
— Contact Customers in order to ensure timely payment of invoices and support resolution of any queries from/to Customers.
Who You Are:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
— Is fluent in writing and speaking English
— Can communicate well with different stakeholders across the whole organisation and externally
— Professional manner and attitude
— Good at multitasking and managing processes in a fluid business-driven environment
— A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
— Foundation understanding of Key Accounting principles
